• Plant replacement is applicable only in case of gardener’s negligence/default.
• Replacement is not covered for damage caused by weather, pets, pests, shifting, or customer mishandling.
• Water and electricity required for maintenance to be provided by client.
• Visit timing will be scheduled mutually.
• Additional work/materials outside the package will be chargeable.
• Pots and decorative items are not included unless mentioned.
• Missed visits due to unavoidable conditions will be rescheduled accordingly.
• Service validity as per selected package duration only.
